Methods of payment

Please note Marston accepts the following cards for payment; Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch, Vista Delta. They do not accept the following cards JCB Diners, Euro Cards and Visa Electron.

Availability

All titles which are available and in stock are dispatched within three days of receipt of the order.

Orders for 'Forthcoming' titles will be dispatched as soon as they become available.

If your order includes titles which are both in stock and forthcoming, you will receive the available titles first. The rest of the order will be sent when the books become available at no extra delivery cost.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days* for a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s).

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box. Then send the package to the address below:
