Luke Thomas: Luke Thomas is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and holds a post graduate degree in Legal Practice. Since 2000 he has been the Chief Examiner for Corporate Secretaryship (previously Company Secretarial Practice). He has over 15 years' experience as a company secretary and is currently the Deputy Company Secretary of Spirent plc, a company listed on the London and New York Stock Exchanges.
