About the author
Jeffrey Ridley: Jeffrey Ridley is a visiting professor of auditing at the London South Bank University and University of Central England, Birmingham. His practicing auditing career spans both the public and private sectors. He is a past president of the Institute of Internal Auditors-UK & Ireland, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a Certified Internal Auditor.
Andrew Chambers: Andrew runs Management Audit, a consultancy specialising in audit and governance advice. He taught the MBA organisational behaviour course at what is now Cass Business School where he was professor of internal auditing as well as dean of the school. He is now Professor Emeritus.
