The additional postage and packing charges for books are £4.00 for UK and £7.50 anywhere overseas. This is per order and regardless of quantity or value of books. There are no charges for subscription products.

Overseas Orders
Overseas orders take up to 21 working days to reach the destination country and are then delivered by the local postage service. Delivery may therefore take 6-12 weeks in total. Should you wish to have your order delivered via an express service, please contact Marston Book Services for details and costings prior to placing your order.

Availability
All available titles are despatched within 3 days on receipt of the order.

Orders for 'Forthcoming' titles will be despatched as soon as they become available. If, as part of the same order, there are books available then these titles will be despatched first upon receipt of the order. The rest of the order will be sent upon availability at no extra postage cost.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days* for a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s).

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box. Then send the package to the address below:
