
Delivery Costs
The additional postage and packing charges for books are £4.00 for UK, £7.50 for delivery in mainland Europe and £15 outside the UK and Europe. There are no charges for subscription products.
Ireland and Northern Ireland orders: please note that orders are despatched via airmail so delivery can on some occassions take longer than the estimated 10 days. If you would like a quicker delivery time please contact Marston Book Services (details below) for courier services and prices.
Standard delivery for orders to mainland Europe is by airmail.
Important information for orders to addresses outside the UK and Europe
Standard delivery for orders to addresses outside the UK and Europe will be by airmail. Airmail orders should normally arrive 7-10 working days after dispatch although these transit times are not guaranteed. Orders sent by airmail are not traceable.
Orders for addresses outside the UK and Europe can be delivered by courier at extra cost. Please ensure you provide a contact telephone number if placing your order by courier. Delivery takes 2-4 days and can be tracked. Single copy orders to Africa and the Far East will be charged at £30.00.

Availability
All available titles are despatched within 3 days on receipt of the order.
Orders for 'Forthcoming' titles will be despatched as soon as they become available.
If you order includes titles which are both in stock and forthcoming, you will receive the available titles first. The rest of the order will be sent when the books become available at no extra delivery cost.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days* for a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s).
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box. Then send the package to the address below:
